Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.
Package Your Equipment
Securely repackage the item in its original box, ensuring all bolts, tools, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit and qualify for a full refund.
Arrange Collection or Drop-off
Depending on the size of your fitness equipment, we will either provide a prepaid shipping label for drop-off or schedule a specialized courier collection for larger machines.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
